Two 19-year-old twin sisters were arrested on prostitution charges on Wednesday after authorities say they advertised their prostitution services online.

In addition to the arrests of Katelyn and Sarah Lothrop, a man, 27-year-old Michael Lewis, also was arrested and charged with aiding and abetting prostitution.

In the ad posted on the website Backpage.com, the two women identified themselves as 'Kerri' and 'Krystal,' and are pictured in revealing photos of them wearing lingerie.

The ad was posted under the headline 'Hot and sexy beautiful fun Twins.'

Both Lothrops and Lewis were arrested early Wednesday at a La Quinta Inn & Suites adjacent to the Crabtree Valley Mall in Raleigh.

The teens are described in the Backpage.com ad as having a 'perfect body with the softest skin,' and that they will 'make your dreams come true & then some.'

On Katelyn Lothrop's Facebook page - on which she lists her employment as 'in your mom's bed, b***h' - she defends herself and her sister from racist comments made by one of her Facebook friends about an African-American man seen in another version of the same photo.

'f**k that rases s**t clint. hes an amazing guy that baught me aand sarah some new clothes the ones you burnt and more to come,' she writes [all sic]. 'and helps us get our s**t together. and dont give us no money for drugs.'

She goes on to say that, 'we are trying to turn our live around and better our selves we have hurt a lot of ppl being the way that we are.. just to stick it in there sarah aint dun no dope since shes's been with me. since she left your house. we bout to start workin makeing honest money.'

Both sisters were charged with aiding and abetting prostitution.

Sarah Lothrop faces an additional charge of failing to appear in court stemming from a misdemeanor charge in 2013, according to the Smoking Gun.

Sarah Lothrop is being held in lieu of $8,000 bond. Katelyn is being held on $4,000 bond.
